OUR CENTER

Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Newburyport is located less than half of a mile from Anna Jaques Hospital. We are a 123-bed center that focuses on both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We have recently completed some exciting renovations.

Currently, we have four doctors from the community who are credentialed at our center, with weekly wound care and orthopedic physicians rounds. Our center offers orthopedic and wound care programs, with physician specialists making weekly rounds. Respiratory services are offered, as well as dietary services from our on-site Registered Dietician.

We received a 2010 Deficiency-Free evaluation from the Department of Public Health, and have received the Bronze – Commitment to Quality award from the American Health Care Association.
